Need a healthy salad dressing you can whip up in minutes? This Italian salad dressing is light, super easy to make, and uses ingredients you’re likely to have lying around at home (not to mention you’ll be avoiding the added flavours and preservatives that are found in many store-bought dressings). A great recipe to have on hand this summer!
- 6 tblspns extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tblspns apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tblspn Italian herbs (you can combine oregano, parsley and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl and stir or whisk together to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
