Completely sugar free, this fudge is nonetheless creamy and full of luxurious, chocolaty flavor. It makes a great after-dinner treat, as well as a satisfying afternoon pick-me-up.

Chill time: 4 hours
– 1 cup coconut butter, melted
– ½ cup sunflower seed butter
– 1 cup pumpkin purée
– ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus additional, for garnish
– 3 tablespoons coconut oil
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until well combined and smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread it out evenly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Cut into small squares, and serve chilled, with additional cocoa powder sprinkled over the top.
