Work with Ange

NZ Real Health is an online blog by Ange Noy, written for Kiwi women to find practical information and advice on health, wellbeing and fitness that will help them to achieve a better lifestyle balance.

Target readers are technology-savvy, health conscious New Zealand women in their late teens to mid-30’s. They are often trying to maintain their health and fitness while juggling family, careers and personal lives, and need an online space to find quick, concise information that will help them lead a healthier, happier and well-balanced life

About Ange

I have worked as a personal trainer for more than seven years, training a range of people from individuals to groups, athletes, mums, students, men and women. I am also an ice figure skating coach, have taught fitness to classes of students in a school environment, and have competed in rowing.

I recently complete my 200-hour yoga teacher’s training, certificates in prenatal and postnatal yoga instruction, and am currently studying towards my 300-hour advanced teacher’s training. I believe modern living is stressful and fast-paced, and we rarely acknowledge the necessity to slow down which allows for the recovery of our mental wellbeing and the nervous system.

Far from being a personal trainer who has been fit from the start, I have had my own battles with health and fitness in the past and, now as a wife and mother to a young girl, I have a good understanding of what it’s like to be a New Zealand woman striving to achieve a good balance between work and lifestyle.

My nutrition philosophy is everything in moderation, but to cook from scratch with real ingredients as much as possible. My key focus is on products that are New Zealand-made, flavourful, fresh – and when possible – organic.

I have a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Studies, Certificate IV in Fitness, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, Diploma in Yoga, and certificates in prenatal and postnatal women’s yoga.

Work with NZ Real Health

If you would like to work with me, there are a range of opportunities including:

  • Sponsored blog posts
  • Health, wellbeing and fitness content creation for other websites, e-newsletters or print publications
  • Monthly fixed cost banner advertising for blog sponsors
  • Affiliate opportunities
  • Sponsored social media posts

As I believe in transparency with my audience, sponsorship and affiliate relationships will always be marked up as such within the content (i.e. ‘Brought to you by ______’). Sponsored social media posts will be marked with #sponsored.

PR submissions

I welcome any PR submissions that are relevant to NZ Real Health content and my target audience. Submitting samples does not guarantee inclusion as I only write about brands, services and products I would use myself or that I feel would be of interest to readers. If I choose to write about a submission, it will be based on my honest opinion.

Please note that due to the volume of items received, I am unable to return any samples submitted.

Competitions

I am open to running giveaways via the NZ Real Health competition section or via Facebook. Giveaways are run at my discretion and must align with the content and values of the site.
